Until further notice, customers in the affected area are advised not to drink their tap water.

the water system in the areas of Corie Lane and the Valley Circle Townhomes. LVMWD is advising residents in the affected area to NOT USE THE TAP WATER FOR DRINKING AND COOKING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Out of an abundance of caution, the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD) will be conducting water quality tests to verify the safety of the water.
It will take an estimated 3-5 days to complete the water sampling and obtain results.
The affected area that is subject to this Notice includes properties served by LVMWD on:
- Corie Lane
- Valley Circle Townhomes on Vanowen Street and Valley Circle Boulevard

What should I do?
• DO NOT DRINK YOUR TAP WATER - USE ONLY BOTTLED WATER.
Bottled water should be used for all drinking (including baby formula and juice), brushing
teeth, and making ice and food preparation until further notice.
• DO NOT TRY TO TREAT THE WATER YOURSELF.
Testing is still underway and potential contaminants have not yet been identified.
Boiling, freezing, filtering, adding chlorine or other disinfectants, or letting water
stand should not be relied upon to make the water safe.
• Until further notice, LVMWD is delivering bottled water to households for drinking
and cooking purposes and/or will designate a pickup location near you.
UPDATES TO THIS ADVISORY WILL BE PROVIDED BASED ON MONITORING
RESULTS.

Please share this information with all other people who receive water from the
affected area that are LVMWD customers, especially those who may not have
received this notice directly (ex., people in apartments, any tenants, nursing
homes, schools, and businesses, etc).
